The story of Marabissi began over 60 years ago, with the preparation of Tuscan Cantucci prepared according to an ancient recipe of Signora Jole. Today, thanks to the passion of Massimiliano Marabissi, you can enjoy the same flavors of once-upon-a-time.
Known as “cantucci” or “cantuccini”, they are also called “biscotti from Prato”, a city in the Tuscan region where they originate from. They are made using almonds and to obtain the dry-effect of the biscotti, the pastry is cut when still hot.
