The company is found in the province of Alba, in Piedmont known worldwide for its truffles. Its founders, Domenica Bertolusso and Beppe Montanaro, in fact started their food activity by selling truffles back in 1968. They later owned a restaurant called “Da Beppe”, in the center of Alba city, and was identified by the Michelin guide as one of the most prestigious restaurants for mushroom and truffle lovers. The brand Tartuflanghe was later created in 1980, to bring a modern twist to the prestigious culinary experiences of Beppe.
