The Olivieri story starts in the 20’s when Emilio, the once grandfather, founded the company with a mushroom cultivation. The experience and recipes have been handed down through generations, from father to son, and were also the milestone to future and new cultivations: fruit and vegetables grown locally, harvested in the local territory, and then transformed into a delicacy.
Directly from the Taggia region in Liguria, comes an olive so delicious and unique in its kind. Their scent results so elegant and makes them truly special. There are many factors that define the benefits that this fruit brings. Firstly, the content of mono-unsaturated fatty acids which are used to regulate our metabolism and cholesterol levels. They also contain a high content of antioxidants such as polyphenols and phytosterols, which also play an important role in reducing “bad” cholesterol.
