Maccheroni with vegan ragù

Ingredients (for 2 persons):

  • 2 liters of water (1 liter for every 100g of pasta)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (10g for every 1 liter of water)
  • 200g of maccheroni pasta
  • Entire contents of the vegan ragù sauce jar
  • Pot with a capacity of minimum 2 liters
  • 1 colander
  • 1 wooden spoon

Add the pasta and cook for 7/9 minutes. Drain the maccheroni and place them back into the pot on low heat, then add the ragu’ sauce making sure that all ingredients are well blended. Serve hot.

Our suggestions to you

  • Adding some capers or fruit of capers to the dish will give a perfect Mediterranean twist. Adding some olives will make the flavors explode.

L' Aperitivo

Perfect to snack on during aperitivo hours, perhaps with some soft cheese in order to create a perfect combination of textures of crunchy with soft.

They can enrich a typical caprese salad: try placing them between a slice of tomato and mozzarella. Also perfect on crackers or croutons with a tunafish adding mayonnaise and sweet onions. And to give a Mediterranean touch to your primo dish, try adding it to the vegan ragù and serve with pasta.

It becomes an unusual, yet original condiment for pasta dishes and becomes even more special when you add crushed and salted pistachios.

A delicacy that can be used to garnish cakes or perhaps simply as a filling to crêpes; alternatively, when spread on toast is guaranteed to bring sweet emotions.
